In collaboration with our partners, we work with local charities and community organisations to create six-month paid internships in entry-level facilities management roles.

Candidates are identified and supported by our partner organisations, giving young people from underrepresented backgrounds their first real experience of working in a professional office environment. Each intern is paired with a dedicated mentor, receives regular one-to-one check-ins, and has access to skills training, career guidance, and wellbeing support throughout their placement. 

We are trying to do our bit to address a national youth unemployment crisis, and we want you to join us. Building Your Future seeks to offer people from underrepresented backgrounds, those who are sometimes overlooked, the chance to develop employability skills and transition into full-time employment.
